Article -Items

The items offered for sale by Canad'As are those which appear on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer (within the limit of available stocks).

We have done our best to display as clearly as possible the colors and images of our items that appear on our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Canad'As also reserves the right at any time to add new items, to delete all or part of the items presented for sale on the Site, or to modify their presentation, without any particular formalities vis-à-vis Internet users or Customers. We do not guarantee that the quality of any items obtained or purchased by you will meet your expectations.

Article - Price

The prices of the items are those appearing on the site on the day of consultation by the customer and within the limits of available stocks. The prices of the items are indicated inclusive of tax and excluding participation in preparation and delivery costs, except for mainland France to which delivery costs are free. The items remain the property of Canad'As until full payment of the price by Canad'As. 

Faced with significant increases in taxes or raw material costs, Canad'As reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Article - Orders

Any order implies acceptance without restriction or reservation of these general conditions of sale.

The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale on the date of the order.

Canad’As undertakes to process all orders, within the limits of available stocks.

In the absence of availability of one or more item(s) ordered, Canad'As undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or of the possibility of canceling their order .

Canad’As reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute, in particular, relating to the payment of a previous order.

Canad’As reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order which, in our sole judgment, may appear to come from merchants, resellers or distributors. We may, at our sole discretion, reduce or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or from the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

The Customer accepts that the order confirmation is considered proof of the contractual relations between the customer and Canad'As.

Process
Sending the order or canceling the order:

  • The customer chooses an item and places an order on the site. The buyer will not be able to choose a delivery choice.

  • When validating his order, the customer expressly accepts the general conditions of sale in force on the site.

Modification or cancellation of order​:

  • The item cannot be canceled after sending the order form.

  • Canad’As sends confirmation of order registration by email.

  • After checking stocks, Canad’As sends you the order by email.

Article - Payment Terms

Payment must be made when ordering by the buyer. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits or deposits.

All orders are payable in euros.

To pay for their order, the buyer has the following payment methods: bank card for online sales and by bank card, transfer or checks for businesses.

Payments by transfer will be recognized by Canad'As upon receipt of the same in credit to the bank.

If the personal data is incorrect or if the customer's banking data is malfunctioning, then Canad'As reserves the right to block the order until the problem is resolved. Your order will only be taken into account upon receipt of your bank check. 

Article - Payment method

For payment by bank card online, the Customer is directed to the secure payment site STRIPE which integrates the PCI DSS security standard.

Canad'As reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, in the event of non-payment or in the event of a customer payment incident.

When paying, the Customer indicates his card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram appearing on the back of his bank card.

This data is automatically transmitted in encrypted mode (PCI DSS protocol) to be verified in order to avoid abuse and fraud.

Canad'As will never ask the Client for their bank details by email.

Article - Delivery and return conditions

 

Delivery requirement:

The Customer, upon receipt of his order, must check the external appearance of the package and, if necessary, express any reservations to the carrier.

A package received as is

no complaints from the buyer will be accepted.

The package is handed over or delivered to the customer's mailbox. In the event of absence, or if its size does not allow delivery by mailbox, it can be delivered by hand to a neighbor of the customer or made available to the customer in the post office to which the latter is attached.

In the event of an incorrect address, the costs of a new delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In the case of a request for reimbursement of the order, Canad'As cannot reimburse the costs of the first delivery.

The average delivery time includes: processing of orders from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), within an average time of 48 hours, as well as the transport times practiced by the carrier.

The Customer automatically receives an e-mail informing them of the shipment and tracking of their order.

The customer will be informed of the availability of their package by e-mail or text message, 24 hours before delivery of their package, with a collection slip.

The customer has 10 working days from the arrival of their package at the post office to collect it.

After this period, it will be returned to Canad'As.

Delivery costs are charged in addition to the price of the items. items. The amount of these delivery costs depends on the delivery method chosen.

The customer will be informed of the amount of delivery costs before validation and payment of their order.

The costs of a new delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In the case of a request for reimbursement of the order, Canad'As cannot reimburse the costs of the first delivery.

Returns and refund conditions:

In accordance with article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code, whatever the reason, you have 15 days from the date of shipment to return your order.

Whatever the reason (e.g. size problem or shoe defect) the item must be unworn in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

For companies, we do not accept refunds (only exchange or credit). All personalized items (excluding free alarm and antistatic patch options) in the company color are neither returned nor exchanged.

From receipt by Canad'As of your reimbursement request, it will be made within a maximum of 10 working days.

Canad'As, however, reserves the right to defer reimbursement until it has received the returned products or when the customer has provided proof that the item has been reshipped, the date chosen then being that of the first of these facts.

In the event that Canad'As has debited the order of a customer who wishes a refund before shipment, then Canad'As will refund all payments received for the order without undue delay and in any event, no later than 15 days from the day Canad'As is informed of the Client's decision.

Reimbursement will be made by credit to the customer's bank account corresponding to the bank card used to pay for the order.

Return the item(s) for reimbursement to Canad'As, 16 Boulevard Aristide Briand 92150 Suresnes.

Article - Withdrawal / Exchange / Termination

 

Retraction:

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Canad'As (indicate his name, address, telephone number, email) of his decision to withdraw the order by letter sent by post or email.

The withdrawal letter must be sent completed and signed by post to Canad'As, 16 Boulevard Aristide Briand 92150 Suresnes.

 

Exchange:

Sale items are not refundable but exchangeable (in the form of another item) within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This option is not possible in the event of withdrawal.

Whatever the reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment for any exchange.

Whatever the reason (e.g. size problem or shoe defect) the item must be unworn in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.

For companies, we do not accept refunds but only exchanges. All personalized items (excluding free alarm and antistatic patch options) in the company color are neither returned nor exchanged.

As soon as we receive your package, we will immediately exchange it without additional shipping costs. On the other hand, if you wish to make an exchange for a more expensive item, the additional amount must be paid before sending.
